The Brooklyner Literary Concern is a Brooklyn-b[i]ased quarterly journal, featuring literature, poetry, art and allegations.

We are currently seeking submissions for our Inaugural Issue, to be released in Spring 2013. All work must be previously unpublished and submitted through our online manager, Submishmash, only.

Ames John Gigounas
Ames John Gigounas was born in Patras, Greece, and grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is based in Brooklyn and founded The Brooklyner Group in 2011. New short work is forthcoming in the 2011 Press 53 Open Fiction Awards Anthology, judged by Stefanie Freele, and Monkeybicycle.
